4. Account & Usage
You are responsible for any use of EvilEye on your device. You do not need to create an account to use the app. Some features may require permissions (e.g., usage tracking) which are optional and clearly requested in-app.

EvilEye is a tool to help improve focus — but we cannot guarantee outcomes. We make no promises about changes to your screen time, improvements to your mental health, or prevention of social media addiction. The app is not a medical device or diagnostic tool. 6. Changes to the App
We may update EvilEye or change its features at any time — including adding or removing features, changing pricing, or improving performance. We'll do our best to notify users of major changes, but we reserve the right to do so without prior notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to EvilEye if you violate these Terms or misuse the app. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

All content, branding, features, and code are the intellectual property of EvilEye or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or copy any part of the app without written permission.
