By using EvilEye, you agree to: Use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Not attempt to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the app. Not use the app in a way that violates any laws or regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use EvilEye.

4. 📲 Account & Usage
You are responsible for any use of EvilEye on your device. You do not need to create an account to use the app. Some features may require permissions (e.g., usage tracking) which are optional and clearly requested in-app.

EvilEye is a tool to help improve focus — but we cannot guarantee outcomes. We may update EvilEye or change its features at any time — including adding/removing features, changing pricing, or improving performance. We’ll do our best to notify users of major changes, but we reserve the right to do so without prior notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to EvilEye if: You violate these Terms • You misuse or abuse the app. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

All content, branding, features, and code are the intellectual property of EvilEye or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or copy any part of the app without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EvilEye is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including: Loss of data • Device issues • Productivity losses • Emotional distress caused by self-awareness 😅
